I am a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the University of Oklahoma specializing in space, environmental, and defense policy. I examine how networks of actors, ideas, and institutions navigate complex governance challenges, with a particular focus on the intersection of technological innovation and public-private partnerships.

To understand these dynamics, I utilize network analysis, natural language processing, and mixed-methods approaches. My academic work is complemented by professional experience with the RAND Corporation, the U.S. Department of State, and the Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis, where I have worked on projects ranging from aerospace governance to risk communication.

When not working, I am an active citizen scientist passionate about wildlife photography and documentation. I also enjoy oil painting, hiking, and exploring museums.
